I did something terrible. i ignored a friend and now am suffering the consiquences. i should have asked how you were but i neglected to and i wish that i hadn't. you seriously mean more to me than anyone ever has and i'm sorry that i ignored you. i'm a jerk for doing so and i'm truly sorry and i know i keep saying it but you seem reluctant to believe me. i know you seem to find it hard to let things go but please try because you are one of my best friends and i love you for it, for being there when i needed you most and i was there, and still am here, for you. sorry

This week has (as the title implies) the worst week of my life. It seems that events have conspired against me to make this the crappiest week, or possibly two weeks, of my whole life. First i cut my hands 3 times in one day, once due to my own stupidity(There was a meat cleaver involved, thats all you need to know.) The other times involved a glass coke bottle cap. Then i managed to become an insomniac and havent slept properly for at least a week. Then the Flames lost the goddamn Stanley Cup to freekin' Tampa Bay Lightning (The Only upside to this is that Hulk Hogan likes The Lightning). And finally My girlfriend whom I love so much, Broke
